BURN CANDLE UNTIL THE WAX POOLS TO THE EDGE OF CONTAINER. This prevents the wax from tunneling (excess wax residue on sides) which will result in a smaller flame, less scent throw. This will increase the life of the candle. NEVER PLACE  A CANDLE WHERE WIND CAN ACCESS IT EASILY. This can cause a problematic flame, which may result in quicker outage or uneven burn. It is always best practice to place the candle, where there is less foot traffic and less wind drafts. The most effective place to place a candle would be in the corner of a room as it allows for safe re-circulation. NEVER LEAVE A CANDLE BURNING UNATTENDED It is always best practice to keep your candle out of reach from minors, pets and various elements that could allow the container to fall, or breach its vessel.
